Registration Procedure

Deadline for Fall 2024: Sept. 20, 2024

  1. Invited Students: Students who have received our personal invitation letter via mail or email can register below.
  2. Nominated Students: Students who have not received our personal invitation letter but are nominated by their orchestra conductor can also register below.
  3. After submitting the online application, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email to the student email provided. We will verify your eligibility and follow up with a link to complete your payment. The cost for students who stay in the provided hotel is $160, and the cost for students who do not require a hotel is $140.
  4. Honor String Orchestra members will receive the music approximately 7-10 days ahead of the event.
